Job Summary: The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, ordering, and stock control.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and other initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
