Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring equipment and facilities are functioning optimally.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks to minimize disruptions to production.
- Collaborate with the production team to address issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory control for parts and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, ideally in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and OSHA safety standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
