Seeking an ESG Specialist with Expertise in supporting manufacturing organizations or has experience working in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Atlanta, GA dedicated to delivering excellence and innovation in their innovative products. To ensure they maintain the highest standards of quality and implement best practices in line with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, they are looking for an experienced ESG Specialist to join their dynamic team of 10 professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholding ESG protocols specific to the pharma industry to ensure that our products are safe, effective, and reliable.
- Collaborating effectively with a dedicated team focused on continuous improvement, sharing your expertise and insights to deliver the best possible products.
- Integrating ESG considerations into all aspects of product lifecycle management, ensuring that our products are sustainable, socially responsible, and environmentally friendly.
- Contributing your unique expertise at every stage from development through production, working closely with other team members to ensure that products are of the highest quality.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Manufacturing Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing or participating actively within a manufacturing setting ensures that practical knowledge is brought onboard right away.
- ESG (environmental, social, and governance) Proficiency: Has experience using the framework to assess an organization's business practices and performance on various sustainability and ethical issues.
- Teamwork Dynamics: Being part of a collaborative environment requires excellent communication skills along willingness engage others constructively while working toward common goals.
