Our client is a leading player within the food and beverage industry in Jacksonville, Florida. Vice President of Manufacturing Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification relevant to Operations Management
- Minimum 10 years' experience managing operations at senior leadership level
- Proven track record driving lean initiatives across multiple sites
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- In-depth knowledge about processing systems used throughout production
- Demonstrated ability implementing continuous improvement processes including Lean methodologies
- Ability creating strategic plans that aligns with business objectives
Vice President of Manufacturing Responsibilities:
As Vice President of Manufacturing you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to our clients' day-to-day operational activities while maintaining high levels efficiency standards through process improvements techniques.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited too;
- Developing long-term strategies aimed at increasing productivity whilst reducing costs associated with downtime due equipment malfunctions/ break downs
- Building robust relationships between cross-functional teams from procurement down stream until order fulfillment
- Overseeing development new products ensuring product quality meets expected standard set by regulatory bodies i.e., FDA requirements
- Manage budgets allocating resources accordingly
