Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the implementation of SAP projects on a global scale, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team during the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP modules
Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
Conduct regular project status meetings, review progress, and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials
Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and business processes
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and standardization of SAP processes across different regions
Support post-implementation activities, including user training, system troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements and optimizations

Qualification

Strong technical skills in SAP implementation, including configuration and customization
Proven experience in leading and managing SAP projects, with a focus on end-to-end implementation and integration
In-depth knowledge of Global Supply Chain processes and best practices
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful SAP implementations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively guide and motivate the team
Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Food Production industry, understanding the specific supply chain and operational challenges in these sectors
Familiarity with industry-specific SAP modules and solutions, such as SAP MM, SD, WM, PP, GTS, etc.
