Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Corporate Services

Position Summary
The Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Corporate Services will be a key member of the Corporate Procurement team, reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing - Corporate Services. This role focuses on supporting the Corporate Services Category, which includes HR Services, Logistics, Treasury Services, T&E Services, and Financial Services operations. The position may also involve other procurement activities as needed. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that provide competitive advantages, cost savings, and service level assurance.
Expected Contributions
- Sourcing Management: Manage Corporate Services spend across the organization's property portfolio.
- Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing sourcing strategies, including supplier selection, to meet business needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research and analyze the supply marketplace, staying updated on global industry trends, cost drivers, pricing, and market conditions.
- Productivity Pipeline: Help build an annual productivity pipeline aligned with business strategy, delivering Year Over Year (YoY) savings through category bids, supplier development, and meeting internal business goals.
- Supplier Reviews: Perform regular business reviews with strategic suppliers, covering performance, pricing, product availability, business growth strategies, and market changes.
- Supplier Management: Resolve issues between internal business partners and suppliers, lead cross-functional team calls, and monitor quality and performance issues.
- Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing and service levels, to optimize the Total Cost of Ownership.
- Sourcing Alternatives: Identify new or alternative sources of supply.
- RFI/RFP Processes: Manage and execute regular RFI/RFP processes to drive competition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate performance measures, contract compliance, and standardized processes.
- Compliance: Ensure business stakeholders comply with preferred suppliers and supply programs.
- Support Materials: Maintain relevant materials to support properties in making optimal buying decisions.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- BS/BA in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of combined sourcing/procurement/supply chain experience and/or functional experience in the assigned category.
- Relevant experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in procurement technologies (e.g., Spend Analytics, eSourcing, VMS).
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
