Company summary:
A very large-scale company that manufactures aerospace and defence devices is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer. The role will ensure that products meet standards and minimize costs. Ensure procedures and processes are followed and comply with safety regulations and quality requirements. This role is in Brandford, CT and 5 days on site.
The Sr. Quality Engineer will be responsible for:
- Develop and assist manufacturing processes
- Implement quality policies and systems
- Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management systems and regulations (ISO9001/AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP, FAA)
- Lead and manage small team
The Sr. Quality Engineer should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably including welding and/or brazing
- Experience working with aerospace or defence
- 3+ years of quality control experience
