Principal Process Engineer (Greater Houston area)
A renowned chemical manufacturer is looking for a Principal Process Engineer to join their team in the greater Houston area. In this position, you'd perform a wide range of engineering functions, including new product development and capital improvement efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist operations team in troubleshooting production-related issues
- Identify opportunities to lower production costs and batch cycle times
- Provide Process Safety Management (PSM) support
- Evaluate plant processing capabilities and limitations
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing
- BS in Chemical Engineering
- Process Safety Management experience and/or batch and continuous processing background
Benefits/Pay:
- Base salary of $140,000 - $170,000
- 10-12% bonus
