Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong engineering background, preferably in electrical engineering, to lead and execute critical projects within the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project engineering experience, demonstrating expertise in managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion while ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute engineering projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, quality, and procurement to drive project success.
- Oversee the implementation of electrical systems, automation, and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while optimizing resource allocation.
- Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and manage project documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and industrial equipment.
