Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee commissioning and installation of new equipment.
- Drive improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hazardous material protocols.
- Manage project budgets from €100,000 to €500,000.
- Collaborate with technical teams and plant management.
- Support maintenance and upkeep of production equipment.
Candidate Profile
- Strong engineering background with experience in production and process improvement in the chemical industry.
- Familiarity with hazardous material handling and safety protocols.
- Proficient in English and German.
- Skilled in overseeing equipment commissioning and maintenance.
- Solid project management skills, with experience handling budgets.
