Title: Process Engineering Manager
Location: Somerset County, New Jersey (Hybrid)
Summary: A Fortune 500 chemical manufacturer is seeking a proven leader to oversee their Engineering Team in New Jersey. As Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing direct reports by actively managing employee development plans.
The Process Engineering Manager will:
- Lead, manage, develop, and mentor 5-10 Process Engineers who are responsible for individual product/projects.
- Manage the process scope development of Pre-FEED and FEED package development.
- Collaborate with managerial and leadership colleagues concerning the status of the Process Engineering work on projects.
- Lead P&ID development and support model and hazard reviews, as well as conduct risk assessments.
The Process Engineering Manager should have the following requirements:
- Bachelors, Master's, or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering
- 7+ years of process engineering experience
- 3+ years of leadership/managerial experience
