DSJ Global is currently partenered with a global lifestyle brand out of Atlanta, GA and they are looking to bring on a new Maintenance Technician to their growing team. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll maintain machinery, facilities, and electrical systems in a modern fulfillment center. Your focus will be on troubleshooting, repairs, and maintaining safety and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC controls, conveyors, HVAC, and electrical systems. Perform root cause analysis and equipment testing.
- Installations & Upgrades: Install electrical components (wiring, control panels, PLCs) per standards and support upgrades.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, maintain equipment, and log findings in CMMS.
- Leadership & Training: Mentor team members and provide equipment training.
- Documentation: Track issues in CMMS and recommend solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years in mechanical maintenance, 2+ years in electrical/PLC systems.
- Education: High school diploma/GED (tech school preferred) with Bennet's Aptitude test (75th percentile or higher).
- Skills: Troubleshooting, blueprint reading, safety focus.
- Physical: Lift 50 lbs, work at heights, distinguish wire colors.
