Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach a team of 5-8 colleagues, including performance reviews and HR processes.
* Oversee incoming orders, order picking, and outgoing transport shipments.
* Monitor stock bookings.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives, 5S, and Health & Safety guidelines in the warehouse.
* Ensure smooth SAP integration, set priorities, and meet targets.
* Translate business objectives into tactical execution for logistics and customer service.
* Direct and secure logistics and customer service actions according to guidelines. * Coordinate domestic and international customer service and transport activities.
* Register, report, and analyse customer complaints in SCM for resolution.
* Report monthly area KPIs.
* Manage import and export functions to meet customer delivery requirements.
* Collaborate with production and R&D to achieve business results.
* Provide information for internal and external audits.
* Assist in daily operations: process incoming orders, monitor order progress, manage order transfer to production planning, invoicing, and closing orders, arrange outgoing transport, and oversee transport orders and administration.
* Maintain an overview of workload and capacity for the customer service and logistics department.
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of relevant supply chain experience, including inventory management, distribution, logistics, procurement, and supplier relations.
* Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating a team, delegating work, coaching, and setting targets.
* Proficiency in SAP systems, including material management, production planning, and logistics modules.
* Customer service experience, with a customer-oriented attitude and the ability to handle complaints and queries.
* Experience in change management, capable of leading change and overcoming resistance.
* Proficiency in Dutch and English.
