Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales goals.
- Assist in creating the sales plan, including preparing forecasts and KPI reports for sales leaders, the CRO, and upper management to support organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
- Develop and manage the process and funnel for manual top-down outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Promote the product and personally assist in closing major deals.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
- Determine the inbound lead requirements necessary to meet sales objectives.
- Ensure full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Establish and nurture partnerships and relationships with key customers, both externally and internally.
Qualifications:
- 15-20 years of relevant sales experience, including experience with ORAN.
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to coach others.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations, and actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
