We are supporting an innovative start up in the retail sector as they look to scale up their supply chain and logistics capabilities across Europe in their search for a Head of Logistics Germany to join their dynamic team and help the company reach the next stage of their development.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
- Warehouse, inventory and transport management
- Process optimisation in the supply chain and logistics functions
- Develop and implement best practices within the supply chain
- Monitoring of KPIs and warehouse management systems
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and quality standards
- Management and development of the existing logistics team
Key Skills include:
- Demonstrable success in developing a team

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
