Title: EMEA Logistics Director - Lead the Way in MedTech

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our client, one of the leading companies in medical manufacturing. As their new EMEA Logistics Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing logistics strategies across multiple countries within Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end (E2E) supply chain solutions that optimise efficiency
- Oversee transportation management operations throughout all stages of product distribution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing Operations as well as Customer Service Representatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations while maintaining high levels of quality control standards
Qualifications Required :
1. International Logistics Expertise :
The ideal candidate must possess an extensive knowledge base on international logistics practices such as customs requirements from different regions where we operate.
2. Business Acumen :
A bachelor's degree or higher is required along with demonstrable experience managing budgets at departmental level .
3.Strategic Planning Abilities :
Ability to develop plans using critical thinking skills; identify problems/issues/risks/opportunities/challenges ;and implement effective solutions effectively
4.Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal communication abilities both verbally and written form . Fluency In other European languages would also be advantageous given this role's pan-European remit
5.Collaboration And Team Building Capability:
Demonstrated ability lead multi-disciplinary team members towards common goals ,effectively delegate tasks whilst ensuring accountability among his/her direct reports
6.Medical Device Experience Or Relevant Industry Background :
Experience working specifically within Medical Devices field could give candidates added advantage but not necessarily essential provided they have relevant industry background
