The EHS Manager will be responsible for:
Oversees environmental control systems, ensures permit compliance, supervises environmental programs and develops innovative compliance solutions
Manages and maintains environmental permits and compliance costs and effects
Supervises environmental training programs to enhance necessary skills and promote awareness
Responsible for agency notification when emergencies arise as well as containment, clean up and disposal
The EHS Manager should have the following qualifications:
Experience in industrial air, water, and hazardous waste management
Experience in paper manufacturing
BS in Physical or Biological Disciplines, or Environmental, Chemical, or related Engineering
Ability to lead teams effectively to attain goals
