Procurement
- Preparing budgets, estimating costs, and negotiating prices with suppliers
- Reviewing bids from potential suppliers to ensure they are fair and reasonable
- Overseeing the purchasing process to ensure that it is compliant with federal regulations
- Identifying potential suppliers of goods or services who can meet specific needs or provide new opportunities for growth
Logistics
- Ensuring that all products are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Managing the inventory of materials to ensure there is enough stock of all items needed to complete projects or tasks
- Identifying and implementing methods to increase efficiency in the supply chain process, such as developing new shipping routes or finding ways to reduce fuel consumption on delivery vehicles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in Supply Chain Operations
- Minimum 3 years' Project Management experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in successfully managing enterprise IT in Supply Chain and Operations, ERP or manufacturing shop floor transformations, in large, multi-national organizations
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States on an on-going basis without Company sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or System Administration from an accredited institution
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and professional presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must possess professional PowerPoint presentation skills with significant experience in MS Excel; being able to create, evaluate and present business case results
- Experience with Arena and NetSuite preferred
