Company Profile: A leading shipbuilding construction firm is seeking a Procurement Manager to manage the purchasing of materials and contracting.
The Director of Procurement Will be Responsible For:
- Developing and implementing a procurement strategy for material management and purchasing of direct materials, equipment and services.
- Oversee all aspects of strategic sourcing and negotiation to order placement and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor KPIs related to quality, cost, and lead times.
The Director of Procurement Must Have the Following Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Strong negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and suppliers.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement management.
