Summary:
A global leader in Food & Beverage Manufacturing is seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager to lead key disciplines within the Engineering, Capital Projects, and Maintenance groups. This individual will be responsible for driving budgets, managing a group of technical staff, and communicating cross-functionally with Senior Leadership. This person will be expected to have a strong background within the Food & Beverage industry.
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing technical guidance for all Engineers (Electrical and Mechanical)
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Meeting deadlines for large capital projects
- Driving day-to-day production of the team
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of Engineering experience
- 3+ years in a team lead/management position with direct reports
- Food & Beverage industry experience (dairy or beverages is a plus!)
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
