As this vital member of our leadership team, you will:
- Oversee technical transfer projects ensuring seamless integration from development through commercialization.
- Foster excellence in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) throughout all stages of vaccine/biologic manufacturing processes.
- Leverage your extensive 10-year background by guiding strategic decisions impacting both current products and future pipelines.
We're looking particularly for candidates with proficiency encompassing but not limited to:
* **Tech Transfers:** Mastery over technology transfer protocols ensures successful scale-up production phases which are integral parts of bringing life-saving drugs from conception into real-world application.
* **Drug Substance/Drug Product Knowledge:** Deep understanding related specifically towards small molecule processing or large molecule biological systems goes hand-in-hand with directing efficient manufacturing workflows
* **Vaccine/Biologic Expertise**: A solid track record working within these specialized areas reflects capability handling complex substances that require extra care due diligence during their creation cycle
